Review: Candles From The Keeping Room's Avocado and Sea Salt

So, with the upcoming move (which is this TUESDAY, 110% sure, yay!), which I feel has been dragging on for long enough, I was looking for a nice, clean scent to sort of....well....clear out the "stench" of things. You know, the smell things get when they sit for 4 years in a closet you never open? Yeah, that "stench."
I definitely found a winner in Candles From The Keeping Room's Avocado and Sea Salt. I liked this so much that I bought another bag of it already. It's soapy, and very interesting. I sort of thought it would smell like guacamole, I mean, it's avocado after all, right? Well, no, not at all, actually! This is a fresh, clean scent with a touch of saltiness, perfect for cleaning days. I prefer fresh LAUNDRY scents as opposed to ones like this, but it'll do in a pinch! Plus, I'm thinking about putting a warmer in the garage at the new place for a while...it's sort of musty and yucky (typical garage...right???), and this scent might be just the thing to make it smell pretty!

~~~~~~~~~~
Candles From The Keeping Room's Avocado and Sea Salt
Cold Rating6.5/10; super fresh, almost like detergent, but more soapy, if that's even possible. Strong even though it's paraffin wax.
Lit Rating9/10; STRONG! Made the house smell less contaminated (and I mean this in the nicest way possible).
Throw Rating8/10; immediately fills the air with a clean, sparkling type of aroma, lingered throughout the apartment and back again.
Overall Rating: 7.5/10; this is the definition of fresh to death! Werd! I've got 4 or 5 more of these, and will enjoy melting them on cleaning days. Great throw, but very soapy smelling...minus suds, of course. :)
Review: Candles From The Keeping Room's Serendipity Marshmallow Delight
At this point, I'd like to think we're all waxy friends. Is that pathetic? Well, too bad, because I like discussing wax with all of you. :)
If you know me from reading my blog, you'll know I'm addicted to serendipity. Candles From The Keeping Room does an awwwweeeesssommmmeeee serendipity, whether it's by itself or blended with anything else. Serendipity Marshmallow Delight is the bomb dot com. It lasted all freakin' day long. The serendipity was nice, mixed with marshmallow and general sweetness. I just loved it. Luckily, I have a couple of tarts left to tide me over...and when it's gone, I will be ordering several 8oz. bags of this scent. So, so so good. Get this is you're a serendipity fan!
~~~~~~~~~~
Candles From The Keeping Room's Serendipity Marshmallow Delight
Cold Rating6/10; very serendipity on cold sniff, with hints of sugary marshmallow...
Lit Rating8/10; ...but then while warming, this super sweet serendipity ooey, gooey sweetness becomes downright delicious! It lasted a good, long time, and filled the entire room with scent in almost no time!
Throw Rating8/10; the throw was medium-high, but not the strongest thing I've ever melted. A solid rating, I'd say!
Overall Rating: 8/10; slightly rounded up, I find myself hoarding the last 2 tarts of this scent. It's really nice, I can't say enough good things about Carol's serendipity blends. Just fab!

Weekend Wax Review: March 22-24

Hear ye, hear ye! Another weekend wax review is upon us! :)
I will start this weekend wax review with a candle! I am absolutely IN LOVE with the Strawberry candle from Bath & Body Works. It is freaking amazing. Flawless burn and performance, spectacular throw, and the scent is just great: the artificial, strawberry soda scent without the effervescence. Amazing. On cold sniff, 8/10. While warming, 9/10. The throw is a 8.5/10, too, for a total of 8.5/10. I will buy this candle times 3 or 4! :)
Now, I have had Candles From The Keeping Room's regular rosemary mint (Carol stopped making it in lieu of this one) and I actually prefer the other version. This one was great, don't get me wrong, but it didn't last but 3 hours. The throw was pretty weak, too, light to medium. I might repurchase this. On cold sniff, 6.5/10. While warming, 4/10. The throw was a 4/10, too, for a total of 4.5/10, slightly rounded down.

I have my first empty in a long time to report! My Tiffany Candles Serendipity 2-wick is dunzo! See my thoughts on it here!
Next, we've got Tiffany Candles Serendipity Splash...and I'm on the fence about this one. The single tart from the sampler was amazing, but when I melted it from my 3-pack of fluted melts last night...it seemed musty or something. I don't know. It lasted all night, but I'm not sure if I'd repurchase...I'm sort of a serendipity purist. On cold sniff, 6/10. While warming, 5.5/10. The throw was a 6/10, for a total of 6/10.
Saturday morning (yes I know, I'm all over the place...I just pulled random baggies and SS cups out...sorry!) I was up early. We've been having early mornings for the past week, running from here to the new house to let painters in and get carpet estimates. Anywho, melted this first thing, Welcome Home from Candles From The Keeping Room...it was nice, but forgettable. Spicy and delicious, but not something memorable. Anyways, it lasted 4 hours. I am giving this one straight 6's across the board, 6/10.
Closet Full of Wax's Birthday Cake started out super strong and amazing, but fizzled fast. After 90 minutes in the warmer, the delicious scent fizzled to nothingness. I wouldn't repurchase unless the blend got switched up...I am so conflicted about this company. The owner is really sweet; some stuff is so powerful, but some tarts are so weak! On cold sniff, 7/10. While warming, 5/10. The throw was a 5/10, on average, for a total of 5.5/10, rounded down.
Another Closet Full of Wax scent that started off strong but fizzled after an hour. Monkey Farts was a nice banana scent, artificial for sure, but mildly enjoyable, but still, nothing. Straight 5.5/10 on this one...and I wouldn't repurchase it.
The rest of the weekend included Candles From The Keeping Room samplers and samples! Serendipity and Sugar Cookies was so, so nice, I might even buy it in a bag during my next order! On cold sniff, 6.5/10. While warming, 7/10, the cookie and serendipity notes meld strangely well together! The throw was a 6/10, for a total of 6.5/10. This lasted 4 hours.
I thought for sure I would love Cranberry & Chestnuts & Brown Sugar from CFTKR, so much so that I bought a bag of it before I melted the sample....well, I wasn't too thrilled. Something about chestnut scents aren't my favorite. I only could stand this for 2.5 hours. On cold sniff, 6/10, and while warming, 4.5/10. The throw was 5.5/10, for a total of 5/10, not a repurch, but you might like this if you like "nutty" scents!
Another one I wasn't too thrilled about on cold or warm sniff. Berry Buttercream Puffs from CFTKR smelled slightly milky to me, and as I've said before, not a fan of the milk scents. The berry note in this was nice, but the puff was non-existent. On cold sniff, 6.5/10. While warming, 5/10. The throw was a 6/10, for a total of 5.5/10. Not a repurchase, but I did use it for about 4.5 hours.
Finally, we have White Cake from Candles From The Keeping Room! This was quite almondy, I really enjoyed it! The cake and almond scents mixed well and threw nicely, too. I would repurchase this for blending! On cold sniff, 6.5/10. While warming, 7/10. The throw was a 6.5/10, for a total of 6.5/10! Yum!

~~~~~~~~~~
There you have it, another weekend in the bag! Hope you all have a great upcoming week, looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the wonderful world of wax! :)
Review: The Bathing Garden's Vintage Circus
Recently, I got 2 orders in from The Bathing Garden. I am a huge fan of Shannon's clamshell tarts. Everything about them is unique: the scent, the decorations, the colors are vibrant and fun, I love them!
...Vintage Circus is just not my cup of tea.
I didn't hate it, but I certainly wasn't over the moon about it. This scent pairs together candy apples with blue cotton candy. It's super uber sweet on cold sniff, and you get each individual note off the bat. This one was certainly strong, but the mix of the apple and the blue cotton candy melded into something funky...sort of strange, sort of comforting...I really don't know what it's all about, or if I liked it, LOL. It's confusingly interesting. I wouldn't repurchase it, but again, stellar throw, and two cubes of this scent lasted...probably 6 hours? It woulda kept going, but I needed a change. If you like either of these two scents and are into something new, give this scent a try. Shannon is currently closed at the moment to catch up on orders, but will be back soon! :)
~~~~~~~~~~
The Bathing Garden's Vintage Circus
Cold Rating6.5/10; the blue cotton candy on top is sweet, the apple on the bottom is strong and fruity...
Lit Rating4/10; there's just something about this while warming that's....odd to me. I can't quite put my finger on it, but it was strange while melting. Musky? Not sure...
Throw Rating8/10; cuh-raaaazy strong throw, I'll tell you what!
Overall Rating: 6/10; eeked by with a 6, huh? Well, I shant change my system...this one was interesting, like I said, and on cold sniff, it smelled great, but something was off. See for yourself!

Review: Can-Do-Candles' Debbie's Peppermint Twist & Wintermint

Do you like mint? I find myself not being able to sleep at night unless I have something minty going.
Debbie's Peppermint Twist from Can-Do-Candles is a dupe for the Bath & Body Works fragrance Twisted Peppermint. I have a candle in this scent buried somewhere in a box, but have never smelled it...yeah, I sorta went a little crazy last summer and fall with the candles. Well, I'm sorry to say, I was disappointed while warming this one. On cold throw, it smells quite minty, not super powerful, but nice enough. While melting, the scent was super light...
...so I ended up adding Wintermint to it, just to try my luck. This helped for a little while, but the throw and scent strength never went above a medium. I am sorry, to say the least, because I was looking forward to these scents most. Oh well, better luck next time!

~~~~~~~~~~
Can-Do-Candles' Debbie's Peppermint Twist & Wintermint
Cold Rating7/10; the combination of these two minty scents smelled absolutely amazing on cold sniff...
Lit Rating: 4/10; there were hints of this in the air, but got almost nothing from the Peppermint Twist. The Wintermint helped a little while, but not for long.
Throw Rating4/10; barely anything, as I mentioned, but the Wintermint helped out a little bit.
Overall Rating: 5/10; I expected way more from both of these tarts and was sorely disappointed. Another one bites the dust!
PS: Sorry for the extended layoff, it seems like I'm making excuses at this point, but I caught the norovirus...you don't need to go much further than a Google's news page search away to find out what this awful, horrid thing is...I'm still feeling queasy, but up and around now. :)
Weekend Wax Review: March 15-17
Come one, come all! Here are my weekend melts!
(Also, destroying and demolishing a bathroom is harder than it seems).
(also also, moving sucks).
The sad truth of the week is that I only melted four things this weekend. 4! Failure. Let's get started. The reason for only melting 3 things was moving and demolishing. But, I have brought my new warmer to the new house and will use it like mad!
The first scent I melted was Friday, Pink Mrs. Claus Cookies from Beezy-Tarts. This one was really nice, but the cookie note was definitely overshadowed by the pink sugar, which I don't necessarily mind. I will always repurchase pink blends from Beezy, and I'm looking forward to making another order (eventually). On cold sniff, 7/10. While warming, 7.5/10, even thought the cookie note was muted, this was still an amazing scent. The throw was 6.5/10, for a total of 7/10. This lasted about 5 hours.
Saturday morning and afternoon, I melted Blackberry Lime Love from Lasting Scent Candles. I have really been loving LSC and their awesome products, they always have unique scents with tremendous throw and high-quality melting. My second order from them just showed up a few days ago, but I am leaving all incoming orders in their boxes until we actually move (like...2 weeks?). Plus, this gives them time to cure with no temptation! Blackberry Lime Love was a really nice mix of the two scents, but lime was definitely the more dominant note. This scent was super crazy strong; we left the house and came back, and could smell it as soon as we opened the door. Really refreshing! On cold sniff, 7.5/10, and while warming 8/10. The throw I will give a 9/10, for a total of 8/10! I don't know what the "love" part of this scent is, but I "love" it, and I will repurchase it again, given the opportunity (lots of LSC scents are discontinued or going away soon). I had this in the warmer for 6 hours.
Sunday, I reached far down into my tart basket and tried my luck with Ultimate Bakery from Front Porch....let me tell you, this is another fan favorite that I just do not like. It's too fried and too bready and too yeasty for my smell-tastes. YUCK! I let it melt through to give it a chance, but dumped it out immediately after. On cold sniff, 5/10, but while warming, 2/10. I didn't get a good throw enough to judge, so I will give this a 3.5/10 (20 points instead of 30). NO REPURCH. ICK.
Finally, we've got Fruity Loops from Front Porch. This was much better and much nicer. Very lemony cereal type. Loved it! Medium-strong throw, lasted for 6 hours. Just your basic fruit loops cereal scent, but more lemon! On cold sniff,7/10. While warming, 7/10. The throw was a 6.5/10, for a total of 7/10, rounded slightly up!
~~~~~~~~~~
Sorry for the lack of posts, I promise to get into the swing of things again soon. We've just been so busy and not home lately! I will bring my laptop to the new place and try to get stuff done. Have a great week! :)

Review: Sniff My Tarts' Serendipity Marshmallow Smoothie

My love for all things serendipity is no secret. If serendipity perfume existed, I would buy it in bulk.
If I had to pick a specific serendipity to live with for the rest of my life (on a desert island with a random plug for my warmer...), it might be this one. The throw on this was insane! I had this melting in the bedroom, and my friends came over and said they could smell this tart from the outside walkway. Um, this scent is fantastic, amazing, brilliant, insert adjective to describe its amazingness here. The serendipity, the marshmallow, the creamy, the sweet, my nose, my lungs, happy, bright, It lasted an entire 24 hours. I only have 1 more scent shot in this scent, and I am not giving it up without a fight (with myself).

~~~~~~~~~~
Sniff My Tarts' Serendipity Marshmallow Smoothie
Cold Rating10/10; extremely strong on cold sniff, yet creamy and realistic. Just delicious and mouth-watering!
Lit Rating10/10; the strength is almost unbearable. It's just ridiculous. So strong, so sweet, so rich, so creamy. The serendipity shines through the marshmallow and vanilla, but these two are right at the center of this tart, too. Well balanced!
Throw Rating10/10; like I said, the throw was unbelievably fantastic!
Overall Rating: 10/10; the first 10/10 in the history of wax on this blog. This scent is freaking amazing. BUY IT NAO.
Melt-A-Palooza: Tiffany Candles Donut Shop Family!!
It's no secret that I love Tiffany Candles. She was one of the first vendors I ever purchased tarts from online (I think I made 3 small orders during the same week: one was Kim's, one was Front Porch, and the other was Tiffany Candles!).
Well, just in case you weren't aware, she has a small line of scents in a Donut Shop Family! On the latest edition of Melt-A-Palooza, I review for you all of the available scents in this line! Come along for the sweet, fried ride!
Donut Shop is obviously the scent that started it all (I think? I'm assuming?). None of Tiffany's donut shop line has that overly fried scent, and that makes me a instant fan. Donut Shop is sweet, but has a touch of cinnamon in it, too. The new wax blend of this scent lasted a full freaking day, no joke! I enjoyed this one a lot, and I am looking forward to repurchasing this time and time again. I actually have one more, buried somewhere in a box! On cold sniff, 6.5/10. While warming, 7/10. The throw was a 6.5/10, for a total of 6.5/10, slightly rounded up. Great way to start the Donut Shop line!
Gooey Donut Shop adds marshmallow into the mix. This was the most surprising of the bunch, in my opinion! Many people have said elsewhere that they weren't particular fans of this scent. Well, I LOVED it. I might even say it was my favorite of the bunch. Again, amazing burn, lasted over 20 hours, through the night, and into the next morning. The marshmallow is really nice in here, it adds more creaminess to the already amazing Donut Shop. Again, pretty spicy, in my opinion. On cold sniff, 7/10. While warming, 8/10. The throw was a 6.5/10, for a total of 7/10! Will definitely repurchase!
Jelly Donuts is definitely my least favorite out of the 4 scents in her Donut Shop family. It used to just be straight jelly, but then they added her Donut Shop scent to include it in this line. I wish I would have liked this because I love jelly donuts...but I don't. At all. I tried, but the artificiality of the jelly is too much to get over. It's even "harsher" on warm throw. There was a faint scent of Donut Shop and the spice included in that scent, but the jelly....I don't know if it's raspberry, strawberry, grape...I couldn't even differentiate, it all smelled so icky to me. I had to turn off the warmer after about 90 minutes because it was giving me a headache. On cold sniff, 4/10. While warming, 3/10. The throw was a 4/10, for a total of 3.5/10. I'm not saying don't get this scent because some people dig it (I know that Gary, Tiffany's husband, posts about loving this scent a lot on their Facebook group), but it just wasn't for me. Sorry, Tiff!
We've come to the last scent, Ultimate Donut! This combines Donut Shop with Snickerdoodle. Again, another great scent (and this is coming from a "passing-liking" bakery person). Snickerdoodles are really nice sweet and spicy cookies. I've got a lot of history with Snickerdoodles. When added do Donut Shop, you get the cookie note added ON TOP OF the donut, for maximum bakery! I will repurchase this one, however, it only lasted 8 hours, which is fine by me! On cold sniff, 6/10. While warming, 7/10. The throw is a 6/10, for a total of 6/10!
~~~~~~~~~~
That concludes this installment of Melt-A-Palooza! Hope you enjoyed! :)

Weekend Wax Review: March 8-10

Hi again! Hope you had a fabulous weekend! I didn't have too terribly much in the way of melts this weekend, but here we go!
Tiffany Candles Amish Friendship Bread was an absolute winner for me. It was really spicy, lighter on the bread than most bread scents, and overall, a great scent. I would love this in a candle and/or candle blend. On cold sniff, 6.5/10. While warming, 8/10. The throw was a 6.5/10, for a total of 7/10. It lasted 6 hours and I would definitely repurchase!
Haley's Heavenly Scents probably has the best deal when it comes to wax vendors. Free shipping with a $25 purchase and 2 free packs of fluted melts...you really can't go wrong. Farmhouse Cider is from one of the sampler packs I got, and it is so, so good.It's spicy, fruity, without being too overpowering. On cold sniff, 7/10. While warming, 7/10. The throw was slightly less with a 6/10, for a total of 6.5/10. This lasted 6.5 hours and I would absolutely repurchase it.
I woke up and decided on Ocean from Closet Full of Wax. I would review this, except there was absolutely no scent throw whatsoever. I am very disappointed about this because I have been looking for a nice ocean scent for a while now. On cold sniff, 4/10. While warming, 1/10. The throw was a 1/10, for a total of 2/10. Not a repurchase, unless the formula on this gets changes. Cold sniff smelled good, but warm throw had nothing. :(
Bahama Mama from Closet Full of Wax did have a scent throw, but it was a pretty light tropical one. It basically smelled like a tropical drink! On cold sniff, 5/10. While warming, 5/10. The throw was a 4/10, for a total of 4.5/10. I won't repurchase this one, and it lasted 2 hours.
Keeping with the CFoW theme, I tried Pistachio Pudding Cake from Closet Full of Wax next...and this was SO strong! I am a bit confused...some of their scents are ridiculously strong, and others as super weak. I think they need to find a middle ground somewhere! But, anyways, this was really nice. I am loving pistachio scents right now. On cold sniff, 6.5/10. While warming, 7/10. The throw was a 7/10 as well, for a total of 7/10, slightly rounded up. I love pistachio! This lasted 4 hours and I would repurchase it.
Our nighttime melt on Saturday night was Pink Panties from Tiffany Candles. This is such a fabulous scent! It's a combination of pink sugar and...lovespell? Yes! I put it in about...8pm? And it lasted until 8am the next morning. Pretty strong throw. On cold sniff, 6.5/10. While warming, 7/10. The throw was a 7/10 as well, for a total of 7/10, slightly rounded up. I would repurchase this!
Also, I got my new warmer this week! YAY! It's got a spout (on the left) which makes for eeeeeeeeeasy pouring. I love it and I am going to buy another one. I've also gotten to melt stuff in the living room, now! :)
I wanted to melt a serendipity in my new warmer first to break it in. Well, I decided on Ultimate Serendipity from CFTKR. This was nice, but light in the living room. I moved the tray to the bedroom, where it performed a bit better, but this wasn't super strong. On cold sniff, 5/10. While warming, 6/10. The throw was a 5.5/10, for a total of 5.5/10, not my favorite serendipity, but it was a nice "background" scent. I would repurchase this, and I had it on a total of 3 hours.
In the bedroom, I had Strawberry Fluff from CFTKR going as well. Look at the detailing on the strawberry! Very realistic looking! It was a super sweet, half artificial/half real strawberry scent combined with marshmallow...very delish smelling. Love it. On cold sniff, 5.5/10, not much there except sweet marshmallow. While warming, 7.5/10. The throw was a 7/10, for a total of 6.5/10. Definite repurch, and it lasted about 6-7 hours.

That's it for the melts! It was more of a candles sort of weekend, anyways, but I have no snapped any photos of them yet. Anywho, keep stickin' around, and don't leave me...we're just packing and swatching paint and sturf. Have a good week! :)

Lightning Round Reviews #3!

Hi all, it's been a minute! Allow me to explain. There has been a lot going on in our house, including our new, apparent, and impending move! We have been to about a thousand furniture stores in the last few days. Also, I dug a fire pit.
It used to be almost completely filled to the top with dirt, and now, it's amazing. I was sore the day after, but it's going to look amazing once we find a fire ring big enough to fit in this damn hole.

Today, I am going to leave you with some lightning review, just because I don't want to fall behind. Except full, in-depth reviews this week, I promise my blog hasn't turned into only these short reviews. But, furniture can wait next week (hopefully?). Anywho, here ya go!
Tiffany Candles Pink Frosted Cupcakes
Cold Rating6/10
Lit Rating7/10
Throw Rating6.5/10
Overall Rating: 6.5/10 (I absolutely love Tiffany's pink sugar scents, this is no exception. Creamy, cakey, frostingy, and delicious. Definite repurchase!).
Candles By Victoria's Pink Sugar & Coconut
Cold Rating: 6.5/10
Lit Rating4.5/10
Throw Rating4.5/10
Overall Rating: 5/10 (It's hard to rate something that doesn't melt. At all. I don't know what to do. I am sitting on top of a mountain of amazing smelling CBV scent shots and they just don't melt. I know some people commented that cutting them in 1/4th pieces works, but nothing has done the trick for me in a 24W hot plate. Ugh.).
Sugar & Spice Gourmet Soy Candles Marshmallow Fireside
Cold Rating6/10
Lit Rating6.5/10
Throw Rating7/10
Overall Rating: 6.5/10 (not a dead-on dupe, but still amazing, nonetheless. Really nice, smokey marshmallow scent. Can't wait to buy from S&S again!).
Rosegirls Oatmeal Caramel Bars
Cold Rating6/10
Lit Rating5/10
Throw Rating: 6.5/10
Overall Rating: 5.5/10 (just not "my" kind of scent. Too caramelly, too sweet, etc).
Rosegirls Monster Cookie Fluff Puffs
Cold Rating7/10
Lit Rating8/10
Throw Rating7.5/10
Overall Rating: 7.5/10 (this, on the other hand, was amazing. You really get each note individually, and it's really nice and strong! Repurch!).
Sniff My Tarts Serendipity Marshmallow Smoothie Lavender Coconut Milk
Cold Rating6.5/10
Lit Rating7.5/10
Throw Rating6.5/10
Overall Rating: 6.5/10 (who woulda thunk that serendipity blended so well with lavender and coconut milk?This scent shot lasted almost 18 hours at the same strength. So, so good, Repurch all the way).
Tiffany Candles Pink Paradise (old wax)
Cold Rating6/10
Lit Rating6/10
Throw Rating6/10
Overall Rating6/10 (a very nice mix of the pink sugar and paradise scents. Would be good in a blend, too).
Rosegirls Blue Hawaiian Smoothie
Cold Rating7.5/10
Lit Rating8.5/10
Throw Rating8.5/10
Overall Rating: 8/10 (I have no idea what Blue Hawaiian is, but I want to shove my face in it. Ummm, this might be in my top 10 favorite Rosegirls scents ever).
The Happy Little Bee's Doctor Pepper
Cold Rating6/10
Lit Rating6/10
Throw Rating5/10
Overall Rating: 5.5/10 (this one wasn't as strong as I liked it, but it smelled like Doctor Pepper, minus the carbonation).
Candles From The Keeping Room's Orange Chiffon
Cold Rating6/10
Lit Rating4.5/10
Throw Rating6/10
Overall Rating: 5.5/10 (Not sure what "chiffon" is, but I didn't like this. It has a weird orange scent combined with a weird bakery scent. Not sure. Didn't like this sample and wouldn't buy it again).

Have a good Saturday! :)

Lightning Round Reviews #2!

It was on this day 4 years ago that Josh and I moved in together. Do any of you remember random dates like this?

Here we are, another "I've got too much stuff to review so this was way easier" slump! Not today that I don't LOVE full-length reviews, we've just been busy this weekend/week thus far. Looking forward to the weekend...let's get into some lightning round reviews! :)
The Scented Princess' Pink Marshmallow
Cold Rating6/10
Lit Rating: 3.5/10
Throw Rating: 3.5/10
Overall Rating: 4/10 (strong while cold, no throw or scent while warming; the real marshmallow in the middle left residue which messed up my warmer even though I thought I got it all out of the tart)
Sweet Fixations' Cherry Marshmallow
Cold Rating6/10
Lit Rating: 7/10
Throw Rating7/10
Overall Rating: 6.5/10 (very solid cherry scent, strong throw!)
Streetman Candle Co.'s Apple Butter
Cold Rating6.5/10
Lit Rating: 7.5/10
Throw Rating6.5/10
Overall Rating: 7/10 (very sweet apple and a hint of maple, just lovely)
Candles From The Keeping Room's Country Bumpkin
Cold Rating: 7/10
Lit Rating: 7.5/10
Throw Rating6/10
Overall Rating: 6.5/10 (spicy yet sweet,some sort of fruit but I can't tell what; not as good as Country Charm!)
Butterfly Lane's Cherries & Chestnuts
Cold Rating: 5.5/10
Lit Rating: 3/10
Throw Rating6.5/10
Overall Rating: 5/10 (the cherry in this was nice, but the chestnut overpowered it and made it sort of unpleasant)
Scandalicious Candle & Candle Melts
Cold Rating6/10
Lit Rating: 6/10
Throw Rating5/10
