Wickless Wednesday: Random Target Haul!

My obsession with Target is well documented. How do you not love Target? Where else can you get curtains, weed wackers and Windex, baseball bats, cinnamon and spices, and wax tarts all under one roof?! I feel like we go to this store more than is socially appropriate. Maybe I should move in to one of the stores? I'd probably be able to survive a long time. It seems like I find excuses to take my sweet time leisurely walking through the aisles, looking for new items and fun trinkets. Gah, I love trinkets. And I love new, cool food things. So, I have my haul for you. Do you enjoy these kinds of posts? Let me know!
A local food blogger Instagram-ed a picture of the Noosa pumpkin flavored yoghurt and I instantly turned on my heels and high-tailed it to Target that same day. OH MAN, this is amazing stuff! It's like it has real pumpkin pie inside, sans crust. It's creamy, delicious, and wonderful, and I may or may not be on multiple tubs in a month. #NoShame
Pumpkin spice lattes might be back at Starbucks, but I've never seen this chai tea pumpkin concentrate! I am super excite to try this out.
Josh chose these two babies! The pumpkin spice ones are just okay, the pumpkin isn't spicy enough and the chocolate is waxy, but the cookies are good. I haven't tried the caramel apple pie cookies, but they smell SO good!
If you don't have kids, you'd probably have no idea that applesauce comes in pouches now. POUCHES. So, you're telling me, I can just drink my applesauce from one of these little tiny thingies and not even need to dirty a spoon? Maximum laziness achieved! Here's another addictive thing...and again, I may or may not have had 3 of these in one day when we brought these home.
Glade's new fall scents are out at Target! Red Apple Bakery smells pretty generic, minimal spice, pretty waxy smelling, too. This was the least favorite on cold sniff, but I will still melt it.
Woodside Library is one we have talked about in our waxy chat quite a bit. This does smell leathery, but of the two listed "ingredients," leather and oak, it's more tree-ish. Very mature and musky smelling, but I think this will be nice in the bathroom warmer.
Sage & Thyme Market is one I have already melted. 3 cubes two times and each time, it was pretty darn strong! It would have lasted longer, but it does get tiring after a while because it's pretty herbal smelling. Quite nice for fall!
Eos is a really cool lip balm in this weird sphere thing! I like the way it spreads across the lips usually, but it takes a while to "get going." Enter the coconut milk kind. For some reason, this "flavor" spreads SO wonderfully across the lips. It's never greasy and doesn't feel heavy on the lips. The scent is almost like a pina colada drink mixed with a tropical bubblegum. It's not overly sweet, which I like. I am usually a medicated lip balm/chapstick kind of gal, but this is a really nice change of pace. I have to keep this in the bedroom locked away in my dresser because Freddo likes to get his paws on the little spheres and chew through to the lip balm part, lol.

There's my Target haul! I have had this post almost finished for a week, but I figured I'd wait until Wednesday since it's not all wax related. What cool things have you found from Target lately?

Random Picture Post: Non-Waxy Photos From the Last Few Weeks #5!

Random photo post time! :)
I found this photo on the Balboa Park Twitter page and HAD to share it. Look at this gorgeous sky and that rainbow! In case you don't know, Balboa Park is one of the best places in San Diego for photography. There are so many plants, old buildings, trees, amazing scenery all around. Just stunning!
I got this shampoo and conditioner sample from a Sephora order I placed for some nail polish a few weeks back. I used it and wanted to give my feedback. I don't know what or who BB is, but they are rich. Between BB creams and BB shampoos and such, they must have tons of dough. I didn't like this at all. While it did thicken my hair, it made it almost unbearable to work with as far as putting it up in a clip or ponytail. Good to know, I guess. PS: Bumble makes me think of Rudolph, and Rudolph makes me think of Christmas. YUP, YUP, it's almost that time again!!!
We had Chinese food the other day for dinner, and this was Josh's fortune. How sweet, huh?.....
........this was my fortune, LMAO! What kind of fortune is that?!........
........apparently a good one, because Josh came home with these cupcakes, LOL. Insanity! Look at the cool colors! ;)
Don't mind the sheet at the cloth at the top of the bed, ha! Freddo is out of his cone! YAYYYY!!! He was in desperate need of a haircut, but he was soooo freaking glad to be able to get under the bed...
...this is what he looks like now! His fur was so matted from his accident that the groomer had to shave everything off entirely. He looks like a brand new pup! He's been loving the cooler 'do for the end of summer. I just love this picture. :)
During our time without a fridge, we tried Bronx Pizza, a popular New York style pizza join here in SD. I really like thinner crust pizza, and this was no exception. I thought it tasted awesome!
Ok...so once again, a wax related photo on a non-wax photo post. OH WELL YOLO. Josh found these at Target and bought them for me! Fall Hayride is very interesting and complex, while I don't like Pumpkin Spice so much, neither did he. Orchard Apple Cinnamon smells very basic but nice. We shall see how these perform!
I won another giveaway, this one was from Sincerely Kelley XOXO. I have really come to love her blog in the last few months, and I like her YouTube channel as well. She was doing a giveaway for the VS Fresh Sorbets in Frozen Apple * Sparkling Cassis body souffle. This stuff smells INCREDIBLE!!! Along with that, she send 2 Yankee Pure Radiance Candles in the scents cinnamon scone and sugar flower, which both smell amazing. I really enjoy the sweet rose! She also sent a lotion from  Bath & Body Works in Mandarin Blossom (which is going to be awesome in the spare bathroom in case people need lotion...another winner in the "smells good" department!) as well as a Black Cherry Merlot foaming hand soap. Not pictures are two Baby Lips chapsticks and a scent shot from CBV in Vanilla Cake Pops. I cannot get over her generosity, it was so sweet of her to offer a giveaway, but then to go above and beyond?! WOW, I was floored. Thanks again to Kelley!!
Nails of the Day: China Glaze's Bottoms Up. I LOVE this color, it's a neon pink, which usually isn't my style, but it's really pretty. Fun for the end of summer!
I will leave you with the weirdest Jeopardy! mash-up in the history of the world. I love Conan.

Have a nice weekend, friends! :)

Glade Expressions Collection!

I am a member of BzzAgent, where you get to try out new products and have a chance to influence big name brands. Well, I was chosen to be part of the Glade Expressions Collection campaign! I received a free coupon to try out Glade's oil diffuser and fragrance mist. Luckily, you can buy these at most major grocery stores, as well as some drug stores and mass merchandisers!

Let me tell you, I am IN LOVE with the Cotton & Italian Mandarin scent. I have had a really hard time finding a fragrance spray for our house that both Josh and I like collectively. This one won us both over, mainly because I tend to like fresh scents and Josh likes fruity fragrances! We use it all over the house.

I've always been skeptical about oil diffusers, but Glade has turned me into a fan. THEY ARE SO EASY TO USE! I couldn't tell you why I have been so hesitant to try them, and Glade's cute and trendy holder makes it look more like a piece of art, rather than a bunch of sticks in a small glass vase that could spill out at a moment's notice.

I am glad we had the opportunity to try these products! Thanks, BzzAgent, and if you're not a member, sign up today!
