Project Wax #2, Update #3!

As I mentioned, I had a slip-up on my Project Wax box last week when Beezy Tarts restocked. Karen did the same thing, it turns out! Oh well, I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I'm venturing way outside of my comfort zone in this box because some of the scents are not up my alley (and are staying that way, LOL!).

Can-Do-Candles Pink Sugar Beans: 2/10, no scent whatsoever while warming, a small bit on cold sniff. SAD.

Candles from the Keeping Room's Blonde Moment: 7/10, nice mildly effervescent tart, fruity and fun, great for summer!

Candles from the Keeping Room's Coconut Cabana: 5/10, just average, not super strong, nice coconut smell but was few and far between.

Candles from the Keeping Room's Fresh Picked Strawberry: 6/10, I can see why some people think this smells like nail polish remover, it is a bit astringent, but sweet enough to keep me interested. Don't let this deter you, it's not picked up by everyone's nose. I enjoyed this, Josh did too!

Candles from the Keeping Room's Pink Fruity and Bright: 7/10, another wonderfully fruity smell mixed with something sweet. Would walk in and out of the room and smell this a lot! Liked it enough to purchase it!

Candles from the Keeping Room's Strawberry Dew: 6/10, very bubbly soda smell mixed with sweet strawberry. I enjoyed, but would have likes a bit more throw.

Candles from the Keeping Room's Sugar Cookie Noel: 7.5/10, LOVELY! I really liked this one a lot, very sweet and smelled like fresh cookies. So good.

Candles from the Keeping Room's Sun and Sand: 6.5/10, good dupe, very summery, smells like suntan lotion!

Daphne's Divine Scents and Aromas Pistachio Pudding Cake: 7.5/10, lovely, sweet cake mixed with pungant pistachio! Yum! Super strong on cold sniff and while warming, decent throw!

My Candle Box's Sweet Lavender Mallow: 4.5/10, not very strong, light throw, sweet marshmallow mixed with a minuscule lavender.

Sugar & Spice Gourmet Soy Candles Waikiki Shores: 6/10, decent summertime Hawaiian fruit smell with hints of greenery, decent throw, not overly sweet!

Sugar Pie Scents Cactus & Sea Salt: 7/10, very strong and fresh, lovely smell, should have melted this sooner because of #2 cups (VENDORS: PLEASE INVEST IN #5 OR HIGHER CUPS, IT DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MY OPINION!!!). Love this scent.

Ten Digit Creations Pear & Vanilla Bean: 6/10, sweet, juicy pear mixed with vanilla bean, loved this, not overwhelming, just enough sweetness and throw to smell it at all times.

Tiffany Candles Raspberry Lemonade: 7/10, we both LOVED this one! Tart enough to off-set the sweetness of the scent, not overly floral berry smell, medium-high throw! Repurch!

Two Timing Tart's Hedonistic Self-Indulgence: 7/10, caramel meets coffee meet cloying sweetness. I enjoyed this, Josh did not, he thought it was overwhelming. Sexily caramelly. Medium-high throw, as well.

Candles from the Keeping Room's Tropical White Musk: 5/10, this was so, so, so strong, but unfortunately I hated this scent. Nothing tropical about musk and patchouli mixed together. Gave me a HUGE headache, but can't deny its performance.

Lasting Scent Candles Blackberry Cotton Candy: 6.5/10, decent blackberry that wasn't too floral, nice sweetness from the cotton candy, but not overly cloying (my favorite word, apparently).

The Scented Princess' Absolutely Fabulous Cake Serendipity: 6/10, coconut and cherry cake, essentially, not too buttery, still not my favorite blend.

Front Porch's Pink Peppermint: 9/10, finished 4 pack, my favorite pink peppermint blend, but the pink sugar is subdued in this. Peppermint blast!

Candles from the Keeping Room's Vanilla Bean Fluff Noel: 9/10, so amazing, caramelly, delicious, makes the entire house smell because the throw is off the charts!

Candles from the Keeping Room's Coconut Milk & Lavender: 6/10, finished bag, very much smells like lotion, a bit too much for me, but the throw was nice.
