Subscription Box Corner: August 2015's Vellabox Review!

You all know of my love for Vellabox. It has been well documented. Their August standard box was no different! Let's jump into some pics!

I absolutely love their packaging and aesthetic when it comes to wrapping their candles! *swoon*

Sweet Fig by Brooklyn Candle Studio was this month's standard box candle. It is a 1-wick regular wick 100% soy candle. Brown sugar & fig is one of my favorite Bath & Body Works scents, so from there, I assumed I liked fig......and I was right! This candle is so lovely. It's a little gold travel candle, so it's small in size, but is can pack a mighty punch! I have burned this candle several times and have pretty much had the same experience each time: medium-medium high throw, pretty decent wax pooling, and a lovely, earthy yet sweet smell. I really like this one! It's cool to get these subscription boxes because you'll find things you never knew you might like! I have a bit left to burn, so off I go!
