Review: Candles From The Keeping Room's Country Charm

Sometimes, I think it would be nice to live in the country. With no buildings. No noise. No planes flying overhead every 15 minutes. NO CITY PEOPLE. Then I remembered when Josh and I stayed at the town just outside of Manzanar National Historic Site...let's just say our bumper stickers were not welcome there. ;)
Candles From The Keeping Room's Country Charm...where should I begin my love letter?
Should I start with the spicy intermingling of cinnamon and nutmeg, holding hands through the air with delicacy?
Should I transition to the melange of fruits, including bright oranges, tart apples, and sweet but tangy cranberries?
Should I end with the sweet charm of a gentle country afternoon?
(...I'm sure this is all just in my mind, but this is how I picture the country smelling!)

I love this scent, it's one of my all-time favorites. It's definitely got charm! I started this about 2 hours before we went to sleep at 2 am and still smelled it bout an hour after I woke up around 9 am, so about 7-8 hours.. Carol, please don't EVER get rid of this scent! I will always repurchase this!

Candles From The Keeping Room's Country Charm
Cold Rating8/10; great blend of spice and apples, with a slight country twang.
Lit Rating9/10; unforgettable and spectacular scent! Legendary, even! Yikes, I am obsessed!
Throw Rating7/10; slightly above average, lingered out into the living room some, but not pervasive there. I was mostly in the bedroom, but could still smell it elsewhere.
Overall Rating: 8/10; Carol has done it again with this fantastically spicy and fruity scent. It is just brilliant. I love it so, so much, this is one of the scents I would but in an 8 oz. bag! So nice!

  1. I live in the country, in a 100+ year old farmhouse, on 5 acres of land. I love it, and I hate it. I love the peace and quiet, the animals, nature. But I hate not having decent internet, not having the option of pizza/food delivery, having to drive into town just to get a loaf of bread or book of stamps, etc.

But anyway, this scent sounds quite interesting. I wonder if I'd find it fall-like though with the spice and cranberries.

  2. LOL I totally understand your wanting to live in the country! I live in Virginia Beach - the jet noise here is CRAZY! OMG I am just now getting into CFTKR - and I need this scent next! The adorable pie shape is a bonus!
