Review: The Scented Princess' Christmas Spice

Christmas might be over, but that's no reason to stop melting cozy, warm, wonderful spicy scents! I am still into that kind of a scent mood!..........
...but this was a huge letdown.
I had heard great reviews about Christmas Spice from The Scented Princess on YouTube, but unfortunately, not everyone has the same nose receptors, David. This was far too "kitcheny" for my liking, if that makes any sense.

In my opinion, there's the 'spice' that smells like a cinnamon bun or a pie or something delicious baking and warm and wonderful, then there's the musty, old smelling 'spice'...and this was that. Oy vey, was it that. I extinguished it quickly, within 1.5 hours, and replaced it with something truly cozy.

Again, her tarts are one of my favorites size-wise, because they are freaking huuuuuuuge, one alone is like the size of the palm of my hand! But...yikes. This was not good. Not a repurchase for me.

The Scented Princess' Christmas Spice
Cold Rating: 4/10; it smells like an attic, but there is always hope on warm throw...
Lit Rating: 3.5/10; ...nope. This was just such a huge disappointment. :(
Throw Rating: 5.5/10; unfortunately, the throw was decent, but I dumped it out after about an hour and a half. Ick.
Overall Rating: 4/10; I tried to amend this with a tart in Cozy Fall Nights from Front Porch, but there was no repairing it. It smelled like grandma's attic, musty, fuzzy, and old. :(

  1. Haha that sounds awful! You figure you can't go wrong with something with a name like "Christmas Spice." I guess you can! Definitely making a mental note to steer clear of that one.

    1. Yikes...I always hate writing bad reviews, but this was just not pleasant. Unless that's the kind of spice you like, try something else, TSP makes TONS of amazing tarts! :)
